MySQL and PHP are pretty standard on hosting sites these days, although 
you're possibly not going to be able to find a free hosting site that 
will grant you those capabilities. If you can tell me what the server 
load is going to be in terms of traffic and disk space, we could 
possibly set it up on the same server as the mailing lists. :)
