Beijing: Sunny throughout the day, high of -15C, Winds 10-20mph from 
the North, gusts up to 30 mph.

Soeul: Light rain, high of 5C, winds 5 to 10 mph from the North, 
gusting to 15.

Tokyo: Sunny throughout the day, high of 5C. Winds 5-10mph from the 
East.

Washington: Sunny, high of 25F, winds calm.
