We're starting on 20 January 2013, not in March 2013.

Mike, your post wouldn't occur for...some time. D'you want to redate 
it (In which case...*handwaves* Done!), or do you want it not to 
happen yet?

The post doesn't seem like it's time-dependent, so my thought 
is "nudge the date, presume the weather-related stuff got inspired by 
a cold snap that got Russians who should know better thinking happy 
thoughts of (relative!) warmth, and keep moving".

Without knowing, my guess is that you typo'd anyway.:)

I'll post more on time in a few minutes, since I've just figured out a 
way to handle it.
