[War_ooc] Summit possibilities

Quick thoughts:

I'd really, really like to get a summit together to discuss What To Do 
About China In Korea.

Not to gang up on China (well, probably not), but as part of the usual 
consultative mechanisms.

Participants I'm thinking of:

US (Summit host, commander UNC)
ROK (obvious reasons)
UK (Possibly carrying the EU views)
Australia (regional player)
New Zealand (same as Australia)

Of course, to do this, we need an ROK, an Australia, and a New 
Zealand; they don't have players, but this might be a good way for a 
lurker or other watcher to join in. Or just other players who'd like 
to slip into another mask.

I'm thinking this will PROBABLY be via email.
