[War_ooc] We alive?

Hello there,

Firstly allow me to apologise to you all for my absence, I understand it 
hasn't been helpful with the slowing down of the game.

I apologise that I seemed to die after just one post, but the summer wasn't 
quiet for me and I was away from my computer and unable to take part in the 
game for quite a few months. But, now that I am back up and running I have 
caught up on the past few posts (quite enjoyable posts to read I have to 
say!)  and hope to carry on as Germany if you're willing to have me back!

I'll begin working on a post now.
