[War_ooc] The nominations are now opened

Here's what I'd like to see, and feel free to debate it if you like.
 
Two GMs... Pat and Lisa.
 
Pat and Lisa have both proven to be good players, and although the time  
management thing sometimes comes up they're on the ball more often then not, and  
most importantly Pat's proven he's mostly impartial.  Lisa doesn't really  
need to be impartial... she's stuck in Romania.  ;-)
 
And I'd like to see John made a recruitment officer, mainly because he's  
proven to be very 'very' good at welcoming people to the game, as I'm sure our  
newbies can attest to.  I'm seeing it as being a separate office from the  GMs, 
dealing solely with indoctrinating people to the methodology we use in  
writing, the basic ground rules, etc.
