I feel weird seeing such praise thrown my way. Nonetheless, okay.

I'm not, however, sure about splitting recruiting stuff from the GMs -
it's too important to the future of the game to split like that. Also,
a good part of having the ability to persuade/nudge/attack with big
sticks is being a GM - the *appearance* of such mattering almost more
than any real GMly powers (though those come in handy when, in the
final analysis, someone doesn't pass the crack test with an idea). It
just plain *looks* better if newbies are met and shepherded to play by
a GM - It shows we care. As the game gets bigger, I think that'll
matter.

But enough blabber: I accept the nomination.
