[War_ooc] Thoughts on WAR

Speaking from waaaaaay too much experience, too many GMs and even AGMs
can spoil things even when well intentioned. WAR's done well with The
Big Three even when I thought it was a bit odd considering the low in
comparison to other sims writer base.

Taking into account I have been in sims with 30+ people with just one
GM and two AGMs with things still running pretty smoothly (hell, I've
even been the GM in situations like that, and whooo the stories I can
tell...), while the current writer base in WAR is one of the highest
I've seen during my time here combined, I do feel the Big Three
leadership can easily handle that.

Now if we had double our current membership, plus some twinkers
notorious for pulling the bull ala that Gundam robots guy, then yeah,
I can see us needing a rework on leadership without question.

I think we should file Chris' idea as a good concept that will be
worth going with down the road should the situations change, but for
now, we should stick with what's tried and true worked.
