[War_ooc] We have winners

True crisis of the week stuff does tend to be our theme however, there is 
plenty of fodder in posts to make things happen. Instead of dealing with 
some of the more complex post actions as a matter of yes or no, throw in 
some complications to overcome, or make the result 'yes but...' and add a 
choice between success with a drawback or scrapping the plan and moving 
ahead.

But anyhow that's my two cents.
