[War_ooc] A modest proposal

I just had a rather modest proposal.

Not from the Swiftian eat the poor philosophy, but for WAR.

The one thing WAR needs to keep going is World Reports, what happens is 
we get a good flood of posts, some WR's come out then real life hits. 
WR;'s get delayed and then people stop posting waiting for the WR.

Now our current WR crew are good, though they also play countries and 
have lives outside this, what we need is someone who's only role is WR's 
and NPC actions.

I would volunteer to do that, it would be easier to get one WR a week as 
opposed to 3+ posts expected as the UK.

Plus  if the only thing a person has to concentrate on is the WR or some 
NPC actions  they can work on that one report and get it out weekly.
