[War_ooc] date confusion

hrmmm, i just noticed i have two world report, volume 6's in my inbox, and
they have different date sets, im assuming the later one was supposed to be
7?  which means that my two posts from last night need to be dated to
June.15th and 16th, not 3rd and 4th. my bad.
