[War_ooc] An age limit?

All,

   Something I'm..concerned about.

   As a rule, WAR has no "rating", so to speak. We're about politics,
we haven't needed one except where forced. Our ads say "Rated R", but
that may only be understandable to a US audience, and our -current-
playerbase is from all over. And of all ages, from 17 on up.

   However, -should- we have an age limit? A hard and fast "You must
be x age to play" rule?

   I'm not sure, personally. Ian says only "13 is too young", Buckley
says we shouldn't, that we need players.

   There's merit in both views. So, lacking any guidance, I as
newbieherder would -like- some guidance from the playerbase. Please?
