Since there are a few biting, plus some nibbles over AIM....

I want to see how many people are interested first-off. Last time taught me
we need about 6-8 active people to have a fully-functioning WAR; Below 6,
the game felt lifeless and entered its death spiral of inactivity.

8 sounds huge, but I'm including the GM and any AGMs (confining the term
solely to if you're responsible for in-game stuff) in the total.

Feel free to pitch it to friends, family, etc. though this time I think it's
agreed we should be especially cautious (no offense to anyone involved) in
inviting GFs/BFs to join up. They might be able to handle it, but it also
might be a bit much to ask people to set aside feelings like that, when
setting aside ones feelings and having a thick skin is fairly essential for
WAR.
